com 50th Annual International Auto Show which is being held at the Moscone Center through Dec. 2 is expected to attract more than 400000 visitors this year. Many of them will pass through an area called Qvale Auto Hall which will showcase a selection of British Motor Car vehicles on their way to see the latest new models concept cars and prototypes. But while they might not know the name Qvale – or even how to pronounce it – it’s not an exaggeration to say that most Bay Area auto aficionados owe their love of exotic cars to one man: Kjell Qvale. In fact the auto show wouldn’t even exist without the Norwegian-born Californian whose vision laid the groundwork for the event half a century ago.

An auto insurance company is now offering their owners a benefit for pets. based in suburban Mayfield Ohio is providing collision coverage for customers’ dogs or cats at no additional premium cost. It will pay up to $500 if a customer’s dog or cat is hurt or dies in a car accident.

Two were raffled off at the Hurd Auto Mall yesterday and two more will be awarded to the winner of a singing contest Hurd is sponsoring. All four tickets are for a sold-out Hannah Montana concert at the Dunkin’ Donuts Center in Providence on Dec. The lucky winners will also be able to meet Hannah Montana herself Hurd said.

On the Beijing International Auto show last year and Shanghai International Auto show early this year independent brands were the most brilliant stars. They are no longer fighting alone but are showing to people in scale. In the early winter of 2007 independent brands have even more acts showing their take-off after strength accumulation. On October 29th Great Wall Automobile right after obtaining the “birth permit” of car launched Gwperi and Cowry MPV.
