Severstal Auto Isuzu to expand production joint venture

The two companies will produce all models of Isuzu trucks at two sites in Tatarstan and Ulyanovsk. The Ulyanovsk plant already produces Izusu trucks and it will start producing Isuzu small trucks. Mid-tonne and heavy trucks will be produced at the Alabuga special economic zone in Tatarstan. Severstal Auto did not disclose the financial terms of the production agreement.

Champ Car World Series rookie Ryan Dalziel broke a collarbone Tuesday while training on his bicycle. The new Pacific Coast Motorsports team said Dalziel will miss this week’s San Jose Grand Prix. The Scottish driver will consult with an orthopedic specialist in Indianapolis in the next few days to determine his eligibility for the race Aug. 12 at Elkhart Lake Wis.
