Using all his driving tricks — and the front end of his car — tobump his way from the back of the field to the front Tracy won forthe first time in two years on Sunday holding off rookie RobertDoornbos to win the Grand Prix of Cleveland. Tracy’s third win in Cleveland and his 31st career victory cameafter he was involved in two early accidents mishaps that forcedhis pit crew to change his front wing twice in the first sevenlaps.

The deal which permanently slashes the wages of Delphi workers to near-poverty levels and replaces pensions with 401(k) plans sets the stage for an unprecedented rollback in the conditions of all US auto workers. The agreement worked out in three-way talks between the UAW Delphi and General Motors which spun off its former parts division in 1999 is being hailed by business leaders and the media. Detroit News columnist Daniel Howes called it the ?Detroit auto equivalent of the fall of the Berlin Wall. ? A top Delphi official praised it as ?a significant milestone in our transformation.

on Monday named Steven L. Korby as interim chief financial officer upon the departure of current CF James B. Riley who previously announced his intent to resign from the company to join rmet an aluminum production company in his home state of hio. Korby had been serving as a consultant to the company for about a year. The company plans to begin its search for a permanent CF to succeed Riley.

The broker also said the Enterprise Rent-A-Car’s agreement to buy Vanguard Car Rental Group — which will give Enterprise a stronger airport presence — could put further pressure on prices. Enterprise is one of the most efficient car rental companies in the U. managing costs by purchasing lightly used vehicles and holding their vehicles for long periods of time.
