Chairman Rahul Bajaj said the automobile business company will be headed by his elder son Rajiv while the financial services and wind-farm businesses will be led by younger son Sanjiv. Under the demerger plan Bajaj Auto Ltd has formed two subsidiaries – Bajaj Holding & Investment Ltd (BHIL) and Bajaj Finserv Ltd (BFL). Bajaj Auto has subscribed to 43. 5 mln shares each in both the companies.
